Why You Really Struggle Getting Out of Bed Early

If your’e like most people you struggle to get out of bed for early starts.

For some of you early starts could be 7 am or even 8 am as we all have our own definition of what early is.

For me early is anything from 4 am to 6 am. I personally belong to the 6 am club. That’s when I wake up at least most mornings.

In recent years early starts have become somewhat popularized through books like The 5 am club and The Miracle Morning.

In addition, there’s lots of information on morning routines online, including right here on Medium. So many writers have written about the topic.

I am a firm believer in early starts as the early morning is a great time to be quiet with yourself and set the tone for the day.

All the mystics and the world’s spiritual traditions throughout the centuries have talked about the power and sacredness of the early morning.
